Calls in DMs now ring: starting voice in a DM or group DM rings the others,
with Answer and Decline. Newer emoji no longer show as boxes on Windows 10,
animated WebP emoji stay animated, and server admins can post a batch of
pictures without hitting the rate limits. Also: two new optional themes,
single sign-on linking works again, and pop-ups set to Never stay quiet.

Added

  • Amni-Scient and Amni-Scient Light themes, gold on ink and warm paper
    with the Archivo typeface. Like the other bundled themes they stay off

    other members with Answer and Decline, on every device they are signed in

  • Server admins are not rate limited when posting. A batch of about 60
    pictures ran into the upload limit, and past it the "slow down" limit
    refused the messages. Both still apply to everyone else. (#​5698)

Fixed
  • Newer emoji showed as boxes on Windows 10. Its emoji font stops at
    older emoji, so a melting face reaction was an empty square. Haven now
    carries Twemoji for exactly the emoji a system lacks, and only downloads
    it when one is needed.
  • Animated WebP custom emoji uploaded still (#​5694). Single uploads went
    through the square cropper, which keeps only the first frame. Animated WebP
    and PNG skip it now, the way GIFs always did. The cropper can also zoom out
    until a wide picture fits whole inside the square.
  • Pop-ups set to Never still let DMs pop up (#​5693). Push notifications
    come straight from the server, so in a browser they ignored the setting.
    Never now turns push off on that device too.
  • The open chat never notified in Haven Desktop when the window was
    minimised or behind other windows     (Haven-Desktop #​58). Needs Desktop
    1.4.38 or later.
  • Linking a server through single sign-on hung on "Checking login
    status".     The consent page's script was blocked by the security policy.
